1、自递交之日算起，有效期不少于6个月、有空白签证页的护照；
2、如实填写、并由申请人签署的《中华人民共和国签证申请表》1张；
3、近期、正面、免冠护照照片1张（不接受数码照片、生活照或照片的复印件）；
4、根据前往中国的事由的不同，还需提供其他相关的申请材料（详情请见相关签证须知）。
申请人递交签证申请时应注意：
1、如实、认真填写申请表格。申请表格必须如实、完整地填写，并签名（未成年人可由父母或监护人代签，并注明双方关系）。申报情况不实、表格填写不全可能被拒绝受理。
2、递交齐备、真实地的申请材料。材料不全或伪造材料者，将被拒绝办理。由此产生的后果由申请人自行负责。
3、根据中华人民共和国有关法规和国际惯例，领事官员有权要求申请人出示其他有关证明文件，并有权拒发签证而无需说明理由。

Chinese Visa
American citizens intend to visit China, Chinese Visas are required. Visa applications by mail are no longer accepted by the Chinese Consulate. You must come to the Chinese Consulate personally, or we will submit your visa application to Chinese consulates in person on your behalf. We serve clients in all 50 states in America.
Requirements:
1. One completely filled out Visa Application Form Q1
2. One recently taken 2X2 in. photo showing entire face and without a hat on. Please affix the photo to the application form.
3. Original passport with at least 2 blank visa pages and valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of application.
4. An applicant born in China who is applying for a Chinese visa with his or her new foreign passport is required to submit his or her Chinese passport or last foreign passport.
5. A child of Chinese descent and born in foreign country who applies for a Chinese visa for the first time is required to submit his or her Birth Certificate and foreign passport or foreign permanent resident permit (e.g. Green Card) of one of his or her parents.
6. U.S citizens with passports valid for at least 12 months may apply for multi-entry tourist visas for 12 months.

If applications require Urgent (Same-day) service or Rush (24 hours) service. The application must be received before 10:30 AM. You must send your documents using Fedex Priority Overnight Service or UPS Next Day Service only. Applications received after 10:30 AM will be processed the next business day.
